Very professional and respectful of our property. It was great they could schedule our shingle roof and single ply on our shop close together.

I've never been more disheartened, dissapointed, and disgusted in my life than when dealing with Western Roofing. They are big talk and smooth promises and in the end they don't care the tiniest about you or about getting the job done right. 8 families (condo owners) had water damage afflict them during the roof replacement. Several of those required extensive or complete interior renovations. The replacement rendered the existing drain system useless and caused water to pour off the buildings every which way resulting in sheets of ice everywhere, gates frozen shut, mailboxes sopping wet, garages flooding, and way way more water damage/issues than ever existed before the roof replacement. They have now indicated they are unwilling to resolve these problems. We have many elderly or retired couples living here and their standard of living and all of our property values have gone down dramatically.  IT WAS NOT WORTH IT. Brian Clark and Ken Kerley were the main people in charge of the job.

Western roofing handled a job for an apartment complex in idaho falls and many tenants going forward experiences SEVERE damage to their home because the company did not seal the roof properly. there are videos of water bubbles swelling in their paint. leaking all over personal items. I am aware in one of those homes is a child. they refuse to do anything in regards to mold and have stated it's not their responsibility. In the event I see the situation corrected i will edit my review. otherwise I sincerely hope you take your jobs much more seriously. there are peoples lives that those mistakes mess with.
