Had facia trim installed at our condo association 9 years ago. Last summer white coating began peeling off all over various condos and buildings. Exposes silver color underneath. Flakes of white peelings lying all around. B&W will do nothing for us. Claims we are out of our warranty period, which is 10 years. Looks horrible. They claim it is a defective product, yet they won’t do anything about it.

They treat there customers with respect and very fair prices. The workmanship is awesome too.

I couldn't be more pleased. Professional, on time and within budget. Willing to go beyond what was expected.
