I had them out to look at my roof. The rep they sent out did not have a long enough ladder to get on the roof, which was fine since he was going to come out a couple days later. I attempted to contact them a couple more times. I heard back from someone in their office who was supposed to make sure someone got in touch with me to look at our roof and give a proper estimate. I never heard from them again.

I called All Seasons after a heavy rain came, and I noticed a giant water stain on our guest bed. The call was made about 2pm and they were there to check in out before 4pm, which actually really surprised me. I wasn't expecting to be able to get anyone out that same day. However, they didn't have the necessary materials on their truck to do the repair and said they couldn't because "it was getting too dark". They plugged the leak with some caulk for a quick fix and told me they would be back after the morning frost to do it right. I woke up early the next day waiting around for them, never heard anything, and finally called at 11am to see if they were coming. They said it was too windy that morning, and the caulk would hold until they could get to it at a later day (but didn't actually tell me when that would be). I never heard from them again. I was never told what exactly needed to be done, and when I asked about a price they said they really couldn't tell me until they started working on it. I was left to assume they were never coming back until a $300 bill showed up in the mail almost a month later. I called the project manager and he claimed they came back to do the work the very next day, but since we were out of town I really have no idea if they did a darn thing to my roof, and it's too late to go back and ask the neighbors if they ever showed up. I also have no idea what work was done or if it was enough to amount to $300 worth since they never told me what repairs were needed and never set foot in the house or attic to look at the issue from the inside. If you are looking for a team to show up and then claim they worked on your house at a later date while you weren't home and just never called to tell you about it then use All Seasons. If you're actually wanting open communication, honesty, and transparency from your roofing company keep looking.
