I have used Big Frog Plumbing for two jobs. They where fantastic! Quick and clean. Very affordable. They even told me I didn’t need some things to save me money! I highly recommend using them for you next plumbing job!!

I reached out on a trusted recommendation. My first attempt at contact was their online request form. That was about a month ago. Second attempt was an email to their estimating department and still have had no response. That was two weeks ago. A not interested reply is not an unreasonable expectation.

Zero stars isn’t an option unfortunately. I scheduled an inspection with Robert and he was the one who set the day and time. I coordinated with multiple people’s schedules to make the inspection work only to have him no call - no show. I tried calling Robert to discuss and left a voice mail with no response and no call back from him. Very disappointed.

I was set to have a speculative property quoted for refurbishment; a week before the inspection I called to make sure the project was the kind they would be happy to work; I was told yes. As the work was speculative, I offered to pay for the quote, as there was a reduced guarantee of work; I was told it would be for free. Two hours before the inspection, I was contacted and told it was something they didn’t normally do, so they were not going to support the viewing. I easily could have found someone else to do the work if they had just been upfront, and I would have respected their decision. Very poor professionalism, disrespectful, and untrustworthy. Move on to someone else you can trust from the beginning.

Our realtor suggested Indiana Residential for our inspection response. They responded within minutes of all emails, they showed up on time, they did the work that was requested, and their technician explained everything he was doing. Competent and professional, what more could anyone ask for?
