We have a 1940's home with high-peaks and manufactured slate tiles. Also, it has some older copper gutters and flashing. It is an outlier requiring careful work and planning for both recycling materials and accessing areas. We needed someone to assess/replace a few broken tiles and review our gutters for re-grading or replacement. Carlos came out, walked me through the plan, went to the trouble of tracking down some leftover pieces from other jobs and planned out the entire effort. He did a great job communicating throughout the process and helped me understand the work that would be performed and the variety of costs involved. Most roofing companies are about churn. Turn over the job as quickly as possible and do as many identical jobs as possible in as short a time as possible. Carlos clearly is a craftsman. He took the time to repair where possible and replace only where necessary. I would not hesitate to bring him out to our home again any time in the future.
