Head Boss was polite n very business mannered BUT the guy RICK that was referred to us to do work was very nice at first but when he told us day he would get back to us he never did. I texted him that evening of the day he said he would get back to us n then no reply n the next morning I text at 9:30 to ask about estimate n then he called n was very rude n spoke to me very unprofessional!! Told me at end good luck finding another roofer! My husband doesn't even speak to me that way, this RICK was like night n day. SO I found a awesome roofer the same day n very glad I did! Please know I am telling truth, because I was accused by RICK that I was lying about him, I have no reason of doing that.

Now I know why you should pay attention to other reviews. My roof is still leaking and I cannot get them to fix it. The funny thing is that I called their attention to the bad reviews on Google before hiring them. They pointed out that they have been in business for a long time so it was only natural that there might be a few unsatisfied customers. That made sense to me. But I should have trusted my instincts. I have called them repeatedly and so far they have came out once and put CAULK on my brand new roof. There is rotted wood that was supposed to be replaced but was not. It is a shame because I originally gave them a 5 star review due to the quick service, good price, and the way they cleaned up afterwards. But all that doesn't mean much if the roof LEAKS.

We had a few unresolved issues after they finished roofing our house - and we had paid in full. One issue was resolved in a timely manner. I called regularly regarding the second issue and Joe - the enthusiastic salesman who promised fabulous customer service - stopped answering or returning my calls. Completely ignored me. So I had to call and text the owner, Kenny Vessels, with regularity. I am a nurse and I have everything documented thoroughly in case we needed to go to small claims court. After a lot of excuses a second issue was resolved after 4 months - may not sound too bad, but it still consumed my time and energy. But they promised to replace any warped boards during the roofing process; which they did not do. Two years later we are paying someone else to come fix what Vessels promised they would do to begin with.

What a joke. The guy didn't even walk up to the back porch to look at the hole in our roof. I'm going to call the Amish. If I could put 0 stars I would.

I hired Vessels in March 2013 to repair a leak in my roof. It is now October 2013 and after multiple calls the roof is STILL leaking. They have come and added SILICONE to the roof every time I call but obviously silicone is NOT cutting it. They say their work is GUARANTEED but my issue has not been resolved in over 6 months. I have already lost THOUSANDS of $$$ due to their poor repairs and now they won't even return my calls. They took my money and the roof is no better off than when I first called them. I also found they have several BBB complaints. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy!
