I cant speak to their quality of performance and product; but I can say that they are certainly not "friendly" and they do not understand the importance or impact of a relationship. If you are all about the cost and the product . which are certainly important and two critical legs of the stool upon which you sit, then rest assured; but if you put any weight into the third leg of that stool - relationship... trust in this...you will fall! They care not about the client, or the people that they align themselves with...it is all about the dollar. They will perform, but do not think for a moment that they care about you or anyone else!

After completion and payment for repair done on our leaky roof, there has continued to be a problem with the area of concern. We now have damage to the walls including drywall and paint damage and possible mold growth. I have contacted Nick Sweeney several times with promises to come back out and look at the damage and concern, but I still have not heard from or seen anyone. Very frustrating!!

1. Delta's response is very good 2. Based on response from our tenants, the work is very good 3. Representatives of the company seem to have good knowledge of the work that needs to be completed and, do, complete in a timely fashion.
