I have had the Total Home team tackle a few projects for me over the years. A quality roof redo, new windows throughout my entire house, and some small repairs done on my new home. Pat and his team always deliver when it comes to quality and schedule. Looking forward to working with them when it comes time to do my bathroom remodel.

I called Total Home with an offer to bid on the extremely large list of improvements we are looking to have done on our home. Instead of taking an interest in the opportunity, their phone rep was more interested in an interrogation so that they could decide if they were interested in doing the work or not. I understand that a company like this cannot bite off more than it can chew, and would also like to establish themselves as a premiere renovator, however, their tone was very much in line with an organization who believes that potential customers are a waste of time.

Havent had the opportunity to work with Total Home KC and not sure I will in the future. This review is due to a traffic situation where I witnessed a Total Home KC van switch lanes multiple times in rush hour traffic and then again on the highway at high speeds (80+ mph) without using their indicator at times cutting others off in traffic! This horrible driving is unacceptable for anyone especially those operating larger vehicles and those representing a business with their company name plastered all over it. By the other reviews it seems the work is commendable, but unfortunately hard to infer based on what I witnessed.
