All around great company. It's not common to find a roofing contractor that communicates clearly and finishes projects on-time. I highly recommend Ray Nolan for any and all roofing projects.

During a hard rain we noticed water coming out from under our hardwood floor on the second floor of our house. I got into our attic space and couldn't figure out where the water was coming from. Nolan Roofing sent someone out the next day to investigate the source of the leak. They found that the water was coming in from cracks in our very old chimney cap and they made a temporary repair so that we would stay dry during the next rain. They took mesurments and made us a new metal chimney cap that they installed a few weeks later and it looks great! I highly recommend this company.

I had a leak above my dining room. Ray Nolan Roofing came out, found the problem and fixed it the same day. The serviceman who came showed me pictures of the problem and the repair they made to my roof. I was very happy with my experience!

Had them install roof few years ago and have been regretting it since. Constant problems having to repair interior leaks around skylights and flashings such as chimneys. Although the shingles are 30 year, Noland does not warranty work after two years. To make matters worse, they installed GAF shingles that have been part of a class action for early failure. Ray Noland was no help contacting GAF either. Steer clear.
