I guess ok, called made an appointment for estimate, and nobody showed up. Oh well...

Josh was great to work with. Was very clear about everything and communicated well through out the project. I could tell he was very busy but was still on our project multiple times each day making sure things were going smooth. A few unknown issues popped up and he took care of them without hesitation. They added a few extra downspouts to help with the gutters and I totally expected to see some additional charges on the final invoice. There was not. When I asked him if we owed him anything for them he said "I'd never do anything that would add cost to the project without talking to you first". I'd give him more stars if I could.
