I have worked with a number of contractors throughout the years as a homeowner ... John was the best! Very responsible with returning emails, everyone who worked on the house was courteous, hardworking and very mindful to pickup every night. It’s amazing the work ethic these guys have ... at one point during the winter renovation the weather was 15 degrees F. and they said that the only reason they couldn’t do the siding was because the product would crack. MEANING that THEY would be willing to work though it, it’s just the product wouldn’t hold up. Amazing. Price was very reasonable too. John was willing to work with any and all crazy ideas that I had. He was very open minded about how to design a project, and would give me good advice . I would definitely work with him again.

I recently worked with Mastercraft on a large roofing project, involving the replacement of both a traditional asphalt roof and a flat EPDM roof. This is a coastal property, regularly hit with heavy winds and storms, such that a top quality installation of the correct type of materials for the location was critical to a successful job. With that in mind, I could not have been happier with John and his team. Mastercraft defines craftsmanship. Top notch skills, product knowledge, communication, responsiveness, friendly nature, respect for the job site, they have it all. Over the years, I have worked with many contractors as a homeowner and remodeler. After completing this project, I will only work with Mastercraft for roofing & siding needs. As other reviewers have mentioned, John is so easy to work with and will take the time to talk through your questions and ideas, and his team will treat your property like their own. Their skill and work ethic is unbelievable. I’d like to mention in particular the team leader on my project - Alex - who was great to work with and I hope that he will be assigned to my next job with Mastercraft. As a final note, if you are looking to begin a Hardie siding job, please keep in mind that manufacturer certification is so critical to a proper job with that product in particular. Those certifications are not handed out lightly, and John’s team is one of the very few in the area - it’s how I found them in the first place. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Great people, great prices, and great work. We loved working with John, Carlos, and Carlos Jr.. They are very professional, thorough, and easy to work with. Before Mastercraft came, our home had very drafty, old windows with rotting frames. John helped us choose windows that were a great fit for our home and then his installers, Carlos, and his son came and and did an excellent installment. This was not an easy task; we had some very complicated and decorative windows and framework, but they did an amazing job. Everything was very well done. We are extremely pleased with our new windows and are happy to recommend them in the future to friends and family. Our room is absolutely beautiful and warm! Cleanup job was excellent, too.
