My house is on the historic registry and has many restrictions on what kinds of materials can be used and how. I had no idea what information needed to be communicated, so Cristian offered to speak with Historic New England directly. They were able to work together on a plan, and Cristian and his team fixed my old, leaky roof in just a few days. He was thoughtful, thorough, and you'd never know he was even there. C&K during a short period I had C&K do three separate jobs for us, all of them completed promptly and to my complete satisfaction. Each of the three had unusual issues, one was urgent work repairing roof damage caused by a tree which toppled onto the house, another involved thoughtful creative diagnosis of a 'mystery' leak and its repair, while a third required careful coordination with other contractors.
