If his work is anything like his personality then you're in trouble. I was on my way to work this morning, driving on the main road when this guy pulled out in front of me heading in the opposite direction. He was impatient to wait for the traffic to pass. Instead of waving to apologize, he gave me the finger. Seems like a stand-up guy to me! Exactly the type of person I would want working on my home.
