I hired Winter Hill to replace my siding, shingle my roof, replace a rubber roof, and replace my gutters. Everyone I dealt with was professional, courteous, responsive and knowledgeable. I am pleased with the work they had done. All was done in a timely manner and they cleaned all the debris and removed it. Gustavo and Fernando were wonderful and went out of their way to explain the work as well as following up with me. I would recommend Winter Hill to anyone. Great work and wonderful customer service!

I recently contracted Winter Hill to repair a leak coming from an old skylight in my roof. The team came and tore off the old shingles, repaired some of the decking and put full ice and water shield around the skylights, then re-shingled everything. The project manager did mention that new skylights would probably be a good idea, but assured me that this alone would stop the leak. A couple weeks later, after a rainstorm I noticed the leak was still there. Obviously upset, I called Winter Hill to come back and fix the problem. While I didn’t get too far with the project manager, I was able to connect with the owner, Claudio who was an absolute gentleman. We went through the contract together and he took the correct steps to ensure I was satisfied with their work. Right away I could tell he knew what it meant to be in the customer service industry. We agreed that I would buy new skylights (which I 100% agree was my responsibility) and he would cover the cost of labor to install them. While I was upset the original diagnosis did not solve the problem, I was 100% satisfied that they stood behind their warranty made sure I was satisfied. This alone would be enough for me to recommend them to others, however I also need to comment on the folks who came to do the actual work. They were fast, efficient, cleaned up after themselves and were incredibly professional and respectful. When installing the skylights, they made sure the alignment was 100% correct, down to the millimeter. Even after I told him it looked ‘fine’, he proceeded to correct them until they were perfect; as though he was working on his own house. The guys did great work and the owners care enough about their business to ensure customer satisfaction. I’ve done enough work to know that not everything goes perfectly all the time but it’s how the bad situations get handled that makes a difference.
