Just had 6 skylights replaced and are very happy with the results. Very professional crew - skylights, roofing, interior carpentry were all excellently done and completed efficiently. Cleanup was thorough. Steven Guild worked with closely us to hammer out details and was very responsive and communicative. They did exactly as promised and we would recommend them without hesitation.

Arnie was great to work with. The crew did an excellent job with doing our roof over and installing two new skylights. No Complaints whatsoever. Will definitely call them again if a new project comes up.

Just last week I had Watertite remove an old leaking skylight and install a new Velux replacement skylight. I worked directly with Arnie Milks during both the proposal and installation process and he was a pleasure to work with. He was direct, honest, and knowledgable. He did a great job with the installation with his work being highly competent , efficient, and neat. As a bonus, while he was on the roof he saw a tear in the rubber membrane roofing away from the skylight location and repaired it at no extra charge. The cost for the installation was also quite reasonable compared to other competing quotes I received. While it has only been one week since the installation, we did experience very heavy rain yesterday and the skylight showed no signs of any leaks. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to use Watertite again for skylight or roofing work and to recommend them to others for similar work.

We had a new roof put on by Watertite three years ago and remain satisfied. The roof was put on just before the big ice-dam winter. Many neighbors had water damage. We had none. We had opted for six feet of ice and water shield which I'm very happy about. Before installation, Stephen came to the house and was knowledgeable and professional. Pricing wasn't lowest but he was somewhat flexible on pricing to get the business after we received a range of bids. Install was done quickly and in the time frame promised. When a problem arose (they didn't put a vent on garage as per contract) they redid it. The only thing I was unhappy about was that they promised to replace some wood siding shingles if they had to shift them to put flashing under a lower roof, but didn't follow up on that. I'm not sure if this company has its own workers or contract workers, which is worth checking if you are concerned. There have been one or two problem with slipping shingles since, and Stephen responded quickly to calls and fixed the problems. We opted for the Landmark Pro series, which is more expensive and I'm not sure worth it. These shingles are thicker and supposed to last longer, but also have more "definition," which means they stick out more. I don't love the look for our particular roof but it's fine. And maybe they will last longer!
