Rents to much for this small house. Never fixed anything here that the Falmouth housing authority did. Passed a house that didn’t reach to hold the stove from tipping if u were to cook on a stove. And the assistant only cares about ur rent not anything else they wanna suck money off anyone on cape!! 1,000/MOUTH for a house the size of a hillbilly trailer I have to be a shame to unfortunately have them as my reference for my next apartment
