Proper inspection was not scheduled after the plumbing and addition work was complete. Now 4 years later when we are trying to sell the house, we need to pull the permits and schedule the inspection as these guys were not at all helpful in facilitating the process. Thanks a lot. Not worth the hassle working with these guys.

I have to agree with Robert. Paid them to put in a bathroom and after they left, within a month the grout and tile on the floor started coming up. They didn't vent the exhaust fan properly allowing water to seep into my house every time it rains. Good luck getting them to come back! I had to call other professionals to fix their poor work. Please seek other contractors for your work. Very frustrating

Laughlin Homes is not much more than a sales contractor. Subcontracting out work to unlicensed contractors who in some cases? hires active heroin addicts and pays their help lousy wages with cash instead of a real taxpaying payroll. Never hire a contractor who doesn't roll up his sleeves and do the work himself and who doesn't run his own jobs. No Stars Deserved Here.
