I live in a condo that has a contract with Corolla, so I could work with no other company. The Good: They put two vents in and so far they have not leaked. The workers were friendly, and arrived on time. The not good Schedule: The tough part was scheduling. It took just over three weeks to get anyone to my house. The first week had about two inches of snow, but early in the week. The weather was fine with all snow melted for the next two. This put my construction on hold, and there was absolutely no communication that I could relay to my contractor except they said they'd come this week... Every week I was told that they would come, and then heard nothing. Price: The entire job (two roof vents, one for a bathroom, one for a drier) took less than six hours start to finish. After what I was told was a "deal" I was charged 3,600 cash. I asked multiple people for some sort of itemized bill where I could see how much was being charged for labor and how much for supplies/equipment rental, but have yet to hear back (it has been three months). I'm attaching some email quotes to show communication Feb 27- "Please let me know if this work is accepted so I can work on getting you on our schedule for next week." I received and approved a quote and asked to go forward as soon as possible.We had some snow the following week, so I understood that work would be delayed. Mar 4 "Eileen, I would suggest we regroup next week" (Because of snow) ..."I will send out a crew later in the week to check the status of the roof just to see where we stand." I did not hear anything that week. March 8th "There is a possibility we can get you late next week but again I can have a more firm answer for you on Monday." Did not hear back until the 22nd of March. I multiple times and received no response, called but got his answering machine. On the 22nd after calling again and asking to speak to the rep that was assigned to my job, I got an email from him saying that he had quit and found a new job... After this things went much smoother but my experience was frustrating.
