Aspen roofing did a terrific job replacing the roof on our house this year. It's a very professional organization that did everything right. On a multi-day effort, each evening the house was buttoned up neatly and there wasn't a shingle in sight. The whole job was executed with precision, the workers were considerate, approachable, and treated our home with care. The organization communicated consistently and clearly. Such results can only come from strong leadership, which I saw reflected in the owner of this local, reliable and trustworthy business. Thank you Aspen!

My husband initially emailed them in October to get us on the schedule for gutter cleaning. The owner waited so long it now may be too late for us to find another company in December to clean our gutters. He even gave us a few dates but never confirmed and then ultimately didn't show up. We even scheduled with another place but cancelled because the owner gave us a date. This lack of communication is disrespectful and unprofessional. Find a company that actually gets back to you!

We had our roof done by Aspen this summer and they did a terrific job! Dave Benson, the owner, was great to work with. The guys that did the work were very nice and polite. I would highly recommend!

Awful experience! It took over a week for them to get back to me after my initial call about a leak in my roof. Then they cancelled the appointment I made to get an estimate because of another job. After about 3 weeks, someone finally came out and gave me an estimate, and said they’d be out the following week to repair it and never came. Then when I called because my dayghter’s bedroom ceiling was caving in due to the leak, they didn’t get back to me until the following day AND acted like they were doing me a huge favor by squeezing me in that day! And this after 3-4 weeks of chasing them down. Never again!

Extremely disappointed. We used Aspen Roofing to do a metal roof after multiple problems with shingles and ice dams. We have since had problems, we've called numerous times and they refuse to return phone calls or respond. Choose another roofer.
