The contractor wasted my time with no shows and no calls. I called around 9:00 am, he agreed to call me back with a time after 3:30 because I was at work. I waited until 5:30. I did not hear from him, so I follow-up with a call. He answered and asked if he could reschedule for 9:00 am the following day. The next day the same thing. No show no phone call. X-Pert? Not in this case.
