I knew them to be the roofer for a property I manage but never used. The first time I called for repairs, I got a call days or a week later and the repairs were already made. I tried to call today and the line is busy. Who has busy signals in today's age of electronics?

Horrible. They are not dependable roofers and will come up with an excuse to cancel a job less than 24 hours before they are scheduled to come in.
