Someone driving their black truck not only parked in the handicapped space at Home Depot without a placard or plate, but they left their small dog in the car for 20+ minutes in 80+ degree weather with strong sun. It took getting an employee to page their plate number to get them to come out and stop the animal abuse. Make sure if you use their services that they aren't leaving a dog locked in a hot car while they help you. Edited to add: Sorry, sir, but myself and the other two concerned citizens, and both home depot employees involved saw and photographed a locked truck with no occupants besides the dog. The car was not running. But I'm glad you feel ashamed enough to lie. I'm also glad to hear others are emailing you. I only posted here. Please don't abuse your dog and handicapped spaces.
