Power Home came to our home because they were doing work in the neighborhood and offering free estimates. Pros: The people who came for the estimate and the crews were courteous, punctual, and seemed very experienced. We redid our roof, gutters, and had an attic ventilation system installed. The work itself looked great. Cons: One of the things that sold us on awarding Power Home our work was the guarantee that they would do a thorough clean up. We have two toddlers and wanted to know that we wouldn’t have to worry about nails and other debris. When the crew left and we signed off on the work, there were still unused roofing materials in our driveway. We assumed that the crew would be coming back to finish cleaning up and collect their supplies. My husband called them to remind them that the supplies were there. Several weeks later we came home and the supplies were gone. We did a lot of the cleaning up ourselves and I am still finding roofing nails. We also had a bottom piece of one of our downspouts pop off. We now have two calls on for someone to come put it back on.

They were wonderful and very respectful. Very knowledgeable. Very efficient. Also very easy to call and get a person on the phone. They come back when job is finished and check on all the work to make sure you are satisfied. Five stars for sure *****!

We absolutely love our new roof. This company does exactly what they say their going to do. All of the people we dealt with were professional and did a fantastic job. Power had a quick turn around and did their job just as described. I would recommend them to anyone I know and look forward to doing business with them in the future.
