I was very satisfied with this service. My basement is very prone to mold growth and dampness. The workmen cleaned the area almost to “sparkling”, so clean with items carefully placed and well cared for. The workmen were pleasant, polite, helpful, careful and professional. I would call again if needed.

Extremely pleased with the service provided. Mr. Home showed up on time, did exactly what he quoted me, and fixed my basement water problem. His work crew was very professional and courteous. I have remodeled and built a few homes over my lifetime, and his price was very reasonable.

I feel like maybe people are being a little judgmental. They did a great job at my home and another rental property we manage.

The owner is obnoxious. The work is sloppy. Their idea of quality control is to walk around on the ground where the work is on the roof and they have same guy who does the work to do the inspection. If the can't fix it, then they blame your house. Once they get the money, good luck in getting them to fix their mistakes. They miss appointments to fix things more than half of the time. Worker is always late. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Wish I give them 0 stars.

Mr. Home came to my home to give me a quote to waterproof my basement. He basically walked in arrogantly and "told" me what I needed. He never asked what I wanted. Every fiber in my body told me that I was dealing with a jerk. He was a "mansplainer". Then I read these reviews and boy am I glad I did. I got the work done for more than what Mr. Home quoted but am glad to do it because I think I saved myself a huge headache. I've gone with low quotes before and was always, always disappointed. But even more than disappointed. I think I dodged a bullet here. Better to go with a reputable outfit than go with the lowest quote. Shop around and do your homework.
