After recommendations from neighbors, we used his company to replace the roof in our old house, and based on that positive experience we used them again for the roof and siding in our new Annapolis place. During the recent siding installation they uncovered significant structural rot near the chimney. This was a serious issue but Mike worked with us to implement a building-code-compliant fix, at minimum cost. Their work is top notch and we're very happy to recommend Mike and Maryland Shingle.
