After receiving a response from HPR Contractors via Thumbtack, I asked that they come to my home and give me a quote on siding repair. The appointment was scheduled at 3 pm. Around noon on the same day, I got a few calls from the estimator while I was busy at work. When I took a few minutes to call him back, he said that he was sitting in front of my house (regardless of the fact that our appointment was at 3 pm)! I told him that I was at work. He asked if he can go inside and look at the project on his own! I said that I would rather be there in order to explain to him what needs to be done. He said that he is not able to come back at 3 pm. I mentioned that our appointment was scheduled for that time. He responded by stating that he got a last minute job somewhere! I told him that I will call him back, but got busy at work. He ended up never showing up. This was very rude and unprofessional. I am sure I can find a more professional company to complete work in my home.
