I have had this project on my to do list for awhile. Originally it was for siding on my house and detached garage. Then the garage roof was damaged and that was put on the to do list as well. The location is not remote just a little off the beaten path. First I had a hard time getting contractors to come. I had one cancel the morning of an appointment. Then I got estimates. I had done research on the prices of materials and asked around about labor prices as well. The estimates I got were so outrageous. My thought was, if you don't want the job just say so. I started another search and Clear Choice of Maryland came up. I told Alan what I wanted and he listened. He worked up several estimates and honestly I couldn't believe that he would be making any profit at all. Needless to say I contacted with Clear Choice and couldn't be more thrilled. Quality of workmanship five plus stars. The repair to the roof of the garage was beyond what I expected and definitely way beyond what other contractors planned to do. The siding on the house and garage looks fantastic. I highly recommend Clear Choice of Maryland you will not be disappointed.

The overall experience was great. The only slight inconvenience was the Tax Exempt status communication; checkout online gives a place to enter tax ID number, but that's not enough, they still needed to call and acquire more information. This held up the order for a couple days, but Sweetwater was very quick after that.
