I was familiar with the Gutter Helmet product thru positive experiences by friends, so I didn't "need" the standard sales pitch, which the sales guy went thru anyway. The installation tech was super professional and fast too. Only giving 4 stars only because I've had no real "testing" opportunity. So far less than 2 weeks of the install, I'd rate product/service as A+

By sheer luck, the Gutter Helmet product was installed on the gutters of my home a day before several days of rain. So, it was put to the test almost immediately. Suffice to say, the product performed as advertised! But, the rest of the story is probably equal if not more important. To begin, a sales rep came to my home (on time) in response to my request for a quote. Before he mentioned the quote, he wanted to make sure I was sold on this product. so he made a very thorough and convincing presentation, taking his time to make sure all my questions were answered. There was no "hard sell" during anytime of his presentation. On the day of the scheduled installation, the installers (2) arrived a few minutes early. They took the time to explain what the installation will involve and how long it would take - which was two hours. But, they finished in about an hour! They were able to do so because no problems were encountered. Before they departed I was given a short briefing on the work they had performed and the warranty that came with the product. All-in-all, a very pleasant experience from beginning to end. I would, without any hesitation, recommend this product to anyone interested in getting a proven gutter protection from a service/customer oriented company!

The Gutter Helmet team I worked with was prompt, efficient, professional, and after a month since installation I am pleased with the results so far. There were some initial communication gaps while waiting for the installation to be scheduled but it was due to a typo they made when setting up my profile confusing my phone number. They were incredibly apologetic about the mix up and had kept my original timeline on track so installation occurred on time once I called in to understand why I hadn’t heard from them. I was very impressed by the promptness of their customer service especially via email once we did connect.

Rep arrived on time. After surveying the house he explained the process by which Gutter Helmet works and demonstrated it on a small model. He quoted us a price and set an installation in 2-3 weeks. We were notified of the installation date during the 3rd week. We elected to have the installation take place even if we were unable to be home. This was done and it was installed in the early afternoon. The only signs that it was done was that we could see the edge of it from the ground and the small growths in the right side of the gutter were gone. See the pictures below.

We have an older home and Gutter Helmet was the best way to solve our problem for keeping the gutters clean. Also, to keep my 81 year old husband off the roof.
