Top notch company. Roof was done in 1 day, and they even went above and beyond by addressing some issues a month AFTER the roof was put on that they weren't required to address. Great customer service, easy to get in touch with and responsive when you call or email. They are more expensive than other roof companies but according to really do "get what you pay for" in regards to the quality roof and service. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Jason and his team. From start to finish they are professional and responsive. Our home needed a full roof and additional fascia boards replaced. Both were reasonably priced and installed without any problems. The installation crew is experienced...nobody asking how to do something or what needs to be done next. The plantings around our home were protected from debris during the process and the cleanup left our yard and drive spotless. This company was a pleasure to do business with...they call when they say they'll call, show up when they say they'll show up, and deliver 100% on their work.

Jason and his team are easily the best in the business. I called Jason three years ago when I first bought my house for some advise and pricing on some ventilation issues that came up during the home inspection. He called me back while he was on vacation when no other roofer would. I told my wife, when we have to replace the roof, we are calling him. 3 years later, and it was time to have the roof replaced. Jason came out, explained everything top to bottom and left no details behind. I quoted the job through 4 different roofing contractors. Jason had the best overall deal and warranty. It wasn't even a discussion between my wife and I who we would use. Jason's team did an excellent job, no mess left behind and everything was put back just as it was when they started (they even cleaned all the leaves off my deck). Contractors across all expertise could take a lesson from Jason on how to communicate and bring value with every step of the process. Thank you Jason, Beverly and team for taking care of us!

It has been about four months, still waiting on the a quote...left messages, emails, etc. Nothing. Horrible customer service. If you can't handle the job, then just let me know, don't leave me hanging.

I'm one of those unfortunates who did my own roof 16 yrs ago and used IKO shingles. They literally disolve. It's stressful to find an honest roofer. Many told me they don't exist. J.Carnes and Son was not my lowest bidder nor the highest bidder, but reading their reviews helped me make a decision. They are superb in every way. Communication with them was excellent. Beverly in the office is gold. She always returns calls and relays messages. Jason Lewis who was the sales point lead is outstanding. What he said they would do they did. The crew came and stripped my roof on my 180 yr old cape and laid plywood sheathing over the old boards. It was done and reshingled in one day plus 2 hours on the next. They were the most polite, respectful, and professional crew I've seen. Amazing workers. The roof looks better than it ever has and it's great to not sweat the storms anymore. The cleanup was superb and I just can't say enough about this company. They request an initial deposit of $300.00 to secure your spot on their schedule. One company wanted payment in full months before any work was to be done. That wasn't cool. Carnes then calls a week in advance of the installation for half of the remaining payment. The materials are then ordered and delivered to your house. After completion the last payment in full is made. I told Jason that it was actually a privilege to pay him, the work was that well done!
