Frank Silva came recommended through a friend and I gave him the benefit of the doubt getting started with him as there was tremendous delay and subsequently I had asked him to come back and finish some additional work that needed to be redone and he never returned dozens of calls. There also seems to be an issue between himself and his office administrator which is his ex-wife.
