We bought our house last October 2018, and it had a new roof put on in 2016. It’s a flat roof, but it passed inspection with no issues, and we felt confident it would last us at least a little while. Well, we weren’t in the house even a month when we woke up to the first leak. This was the beginning of a lot of questions and hardly any answers. Anyway, long story short, a few weeks ago another leak started after having a different roofing company (I’ll leave them unnamed) come out to tell us why the water wasn’t draining properly. They Recommended a whole new roof. 🙄 Riiight. So, I frantically started calling other places while the water ran into the hallway. Eventually I called Weather Shield and I’m so glad I did, because they were able to send two guys out within only a few hours. They were also the first people out of over TEN roofers to go up on our roof, and come down with a straightforward assesment that wasn’t designed for the purpose of taking literally all of our money. They fixed the problem that same day! I was SO pleased with this company! Highly recommend them and will be using their services for all of our flat roof needs in the future.

I have always received excellent, prompt service from Weathershield. They have been my go to people for roof repairs in our municipality for over 10 years. Joe is very knowledgeable and thorough when he comes out. One of the things I appreciate most is that I always get a follow up call from the office after a repair is done. This is how you do customer service!
