Thermal-Tec did everything as proposed. The work was done in a professional fashion with the job site cleaned up as promised. The results have been fantastic. A little over a year since they completed the work and the roof has not leaked once. I've been here for 40 years and this is a first. Great product and professionally installed. Very pleased with the whole process!

Our steel building was built in 1987. By 2000 we had several roof leaks at seams and vent pipes. Thermal-Tec came in with a reasonable quote for their MR Multi-ply system that included a 10 year warranty. It's now 17 years later and with only minor maintenance, we've finally got our first leak. I was expecting a full remove-and-replacement, but Robert says the original membrane is still in good condition and we only need to replace the reflective granule top coat. That will extend our warranty for another 5 years--which probably means 8.5 years before we need something other than routine repairs. This decision is a no-brainer!

We purchased a roofing system from Thermal-Tec, they were easy to work with, very responsive and they stand by their work.
