Called for an estimate for a straight forward new roof on my house (which is not huge) & was disgusted by the amount they were asking. The # they gave me is more than double the high end average for MI & 1.5x the national high end average in 2018! Very much seems like a company taking advantage. Update: I have now received several other estimates all ranging between $10-11k which makes GR Roofers asking $25k look even worse.
