I highly recommend Straight Line Construction. They recently replaced my old roof with a gorgeous new 50 year roof. Everything went smoothly from my initial contact with their estimator, tear down of the old roof and installation of the new roof along with new gutters and gutter screens. The crews were prompt each day, answered any questions thoroughly, cleaned up the work area every day and were very polite. I got an email each day checking on how the work went and if I needed anything. I give them my highest recommendation. I wish all contractors were as reliable as Straight Line. Solid work, good employees, and they arrived on time. Well, about 30 minutes late but it was traffic related and they phoned ahead. They couldn't guarantee a match on my composite shingles but they came close - so close unless you know what to look for you won't find any difference. The original inspection was thorough and a relief as well. My roof gained a few years more on its life, and when I do finally replace it, who do you think I will call? Straight Line Construction.

Straight Line Construction did everything they promised and were honest with my wife and myself in the process. Other companies were not as forthcoming about the work necessary to make our roof weather tight. We highly recommend this company and will use them again if the need arises.

Really good communication skills and responsibility taken by everybody involved. Friendly, but very professional staff at all levels. Some companies pitch you the "your like family", but Straight Line really does it and they go the extra mile. Going to talk to Shaun about getting a TREX deck next.

Overall, the experience was stellar. Straight Line was the highest estimate out of three and I chose them because of the professionalism displayed by Phil, PM. I was remote the entire time they worked on the roof, so the carpenter and the supervisor interacted with me via video text and progress updates. If I could, I'd give 4.5 stars because of the schedulers' inability to check weather reports (this was a winter roof replacement) during this year's particularly stormy winter. However, the team did a great job covering for this liability and were extremely professional in their interactions with me. I'm sure the roof will perform superbly for the next 30 years!
