Beware! Hired Derwin Daniels to complete a job, however he personally never laid eyes on the property. Very POOR QUALITY and UNNACCEPTABLE CRAFTSMANSHIP. Job was left incomplete and in shambles. His crew showed up late in the day 2-4pm to begin working every day and wanted to work past dark 8-9pm in a residential neighborhood. My lawn and personal property were damaged without notifying me nor offering to pay for repairs. Trash and debris left all over the project site. After being made aware of my dissatisfaction with the quality of work and the poor manner in which is was done, all I received was an “ok”. Took my money and ran. I would not even trust to repair or salvage this project. I am hiring an actual and reputable contractor to tear down this mess. PLEASE speak to previous customers and get first hand referrals before hiring.

I just got a screen room done today. It looks great. The crew were very professional, hard working, and built it faster than I imagine.
