The Aluminum Company did hurricane-related roof and rafter repair to our home. The company was outstanding. They were extremely organized and communicative. They were prompt and efficient, and kept me informed on what work was being done and why. The crews were well organized and professional. Above all, the workmanship looks fantastic. Highly recommended.

This company means it when they say they stand behind their work! We contracted with them to do a complex job for our roof. When they told us the work was done we examined it, and we had some concerns about the end result. The project manager came and reviewed the work with us and agreed that it wasn't up to the company's standards. The company then promised to redo the work at no extra cost to us. Once they had finished, we were very pleased with what they had done, as well as the professionalism and courtesy of the team throughout. They did whatever it took to ensure we were satisfied. In so doing they made us confident in the quality of work they do and their team—so much so that we have already contracted with them for another job!

I would highly recommend The Aluminum Company. We had a list of things that needed to be done to our home: a new roof, some new doors and frames, and replacement of a good deal of wood. We wanted to find someone who could do everything so we wouldn’t have to deal with/coordinate multiple contractors. The Aluminum Company did it all!! They took care of everything we needed to have done and were able to get it done quickly. Every single one of their employees was polite and friendly, and they did a great job cleaning up when they were done. Reuben was our project manager. He did a great job keeping us informed as to what was happening when, and when a couple of issues arose, he resolved them promptly. Our home looks great now!!

The Aluminum Company of North Carolina has excellent customer service; from Kevin coming out to look at what we want to do to the install to the completion of the project. We have used The Aluminum Company of North Carolina for 11 years now (replaced all of our windows, French doors and our carport entry door). We also utilized the warranties on two of the windows and no problem, replaced. We will continue to use The Aluminum Company of North Carolina and will let all of our friends know as well.
