Requested a quote and they came out and gave us a reasonable quote in July. Called in September to proceed and awaiting their service at the end of October. Name is under Charlie Newton or Ellis Newton Ellis in Montreat. Looking forward to this work being finished before winter.

I have a leak in the roof that Jay's Roofing installed. Jay's son knows about the problem but since October 2017 has made no effort to correct it and Jay will not return my calls. They did a very good job of installing the roof, but their lack of action makes it clear that there will not be any follow up customer service. Maybe If I had a large construction company, things would be different.
