Got a new roof, didn't have any leaks before they installed it now we have several leaks it's damaged the inside of our home, they came out 3 times to repair it, they told me it was fixed but we still have the leaks and it's getting worse can't get anyone to return our calls. Going to get legal help would not recommend Mr roof

I called Mr.Roof and made a appointment for a estimate on a new roof, our appointment was originally scheduled for Monday 11/26 in the afternoon so my husband could be home, 2hrs prior to our appointment the adjuster called and said he needed to reschedule due to his son having a football game he couldn't be late 😡 ( granted our appointment was scheduled before Thanksgiving). After discussing with my husband we decided on the same time but for Wednesday. Fast forward to Wednesday ( granted my husband worked around his schedule this time to make sure he was home) He NO SHOWED! & would not return any my calls!!! I contacted Mr.Roof this morning and was told I would have a manager give me a call, & yet I still have not heard from them!!! I would not recommend MR.ROOF to anyone if they cant have the decenty to follow up or through with their customers!!!

I would like to update my review. I was able to speak to someone at Mr Roof and they explained that my previous contact was no longer with they company. They had someone come out to my residence and resolved the issues I had. I am pleased with the results. As I stated below the work looked great I was just upset with the length of time it took to finish the project. I wish I could say my interaction with Mr Roof was a positive one. They came out and assessed my roof and gave us an estimate. My roof was replaced and looked awesome but with the next rain fall we discovered a leak in my sons room. We have lived in the house for 2O years and never a leak until the new roof was installed. We called and someone came by and professed to have fixed the leak but the spot is getting bigger. They also said we had damage to the siding and will be replacing the damaged section. The first tech cut a portion of my siding to find a match. After a month or so we called not having heard back and we were paid a second visit and another section of my siding was cut. This whole ordeal started in February of this year and now I have a leak and missing sections of my siding with plastic nailed to cover the bare spots. A payment was made to cover the roof repair and now every month I get an invoice for another payment, I guess to cover the siding repair that was never done. This has been a night mare!!!!

We were very pleased with our new roof. It was fast and efficient. Kyle, the Residential estimator was friendly and professional and answered all my questions. He stayed on top of the job until completed. I would recommend Mr. Roof to any of my friends.

Don't do it. They took advantage of the fact that I don't know anything about roofs and it was all plumbing problem..which they diagnosed after they "fixed" the leak that wasn't there.
