roof contract was signed 10/23/18 and half paid up front,, Work was started in December he said he was finished and I paid balance ,, house still leaking and he said that a flat part of the roof was "not his job" He seems to be fond of cheating older people.( read other reviews), anyway I had flat part replaced at my expense. Roof still leaks so obviously that was not the problem.. house still leaking and damaging siding and there are new ceiling rings on the interior... also he is very disrespectful and does not take any responsibility for the continuing problem DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON.. Highest rating seems to be a 1.. that should tell us to beware!!!!!

Bob Milligan is a fraud. He is in Bankruptcy and taking the elderly money for roofing jobs and when the roofs leak he talks trash knowing he is under Bankruptcy. He been in Bankruptcy since 2012. DO NOT USE HIM! SCAM AND SLUM!
