Gallop Roofing was very responsive when i called for assistance for some repairs at our home in Nags Head. They were extremely thorough in checking into the problems that we were experiencing. Had the best experience with this company. Bud and his assistant helped with getting our new hot tub up on our deck in Kitty Hawk. Not only did they do a good job - they went above and beyond in helping us get it in the right spot which took a little patience and manuvering. They were so helpful we can't thank them enough.

My overall experience has been very positive. You can judge the character of a company by the way they quickly address issues that arise. I suppose most jobs go off without a hitch, but I had a minor issue arise after I paid for the job in full. Everyone I dealt with, starting with my salesman Devon, demonstrated Gallop's commitment for standing behind their work. I'll use Gallop again, and I will easily be able to recommend them.

I would not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone needing a new roof. The roof looks good and you guys also put a new roof on my grill shed located on the deck. Thanks. The grill roof was unexpected and probably not much extra work for you, but it is those things that make you standout. The yard was clean of debris/ trash from the tear-off. Again this is another thing that made you standout and made me appreciate the work performed.
