These guys did a fantastic job! Bjorn and Garrett came out and told me that they suspected that my roof had wind damage and that they can assess the damages for no cost. They filed the claim with my insurance company, worked around my schedule, met with the claims adjuster so I didn't have to, and walked me through the paperwork. I was able to contact Bjorn at a drop of a hat if I had any questions or concerns. Bjorn worked tirelessly to make sure the job was done and done right and worked around my schedule. The insurance company even tried to weasel their way out of paying for an entire roof replacement. Bjorn went to bat for us and worked with the insurance company to get them the proof and the pictures they needed in order to process the claim as a total roof replacement. Bjorn then showed up the day of the replacement to make sure everything was done satisfactory and stayed until the job was done to make sure the job site was cleaned to our liking. Bjorn is awesome to deal with. I would highly, highly recommend calling this company. They may be able to get your insurance to pay for the roof replacement instead of you having to fit the entire bill. Great customer service and great work. I will be sure to recommend this company to anyone that inquiries about roof replacement.
