The crew that replaced our roof was professional and efficient. They got the job done in two days. They cleaned the yard of all debris, and there were no nails left in the yard. The roof looks great and we could not be happier with the end result. I definitely recommend them.

I used your service through Select Home Warranty. Your Tech came to my door and told me that he was there to replace a shingle, which is what I had requested be done through Select Home Warranty. When he was finished, he knocked on the door and told me that he had replaced 2 shingles. I asked him if I was to pay him, he told me I would receive a bill. He never told me the price, and neither did your office during the calls made verifying this appointment. As a customer I believe that I have a right to either approve or disapprove work before the work is done. This never happened, and I assumed because Select Home Warranty was covering this service for replacing the shingles, this was not necessary. On the next day, I get an invoice from Chief Roofing for $402. Select Home Warranty later informed me that the diagnosis was a leak repair. I know that there was no leak because I had previously had a contractor come out to replace the shingle and he told me to just call a 'handyman' to replace the shingle as they only repaired roofs. The contractor told me that the roof was fine otherwise. I am appalled by this situation. I am charged $402 for work that I did not authorize, and because Select Home Warranty only covers 'patches', (which is what was needed), they will not cover this repair. They also cannot be held responsible for your company performing unauthorized work. My experience with your company is unacceptable on a number of levels. I think potential customers need to be aware of my experience.

We had a great experience from beginning to end with Chief Roofing. We had big time damage due to a fallen tree and had to have our old roof replaced. Chief came right over, gave an estimate that was reasonable and, most importantly, checked in with us regularly throughout the process. They left our driveway, sidewalk and the area around our house cleaner than they found it. We appreciated the fact that they were there when they said they would be—-something that some repair folks can’t seem to do! Chief was recommended to us by some friends and now we will recommend them to anyone who asks!

Melvin Barnes came out to inspect roof leak but noticed we have hail damage to our shingles from a previous storm . He recommended calling our insurance company to have them come out and inspect damages. We ended up with a new roof! They did a great job,showed up when they were supposed to and cleaned up afterwards. Thanks again Dwayne Glenn

I knew I wanted a new standing seam metal roof. I selected Chief Roofing because they are local and I knew they had many years of experience. I am very pleased with the results specifically the two sections that had to be hand fabricated.
