please dont waste your time with this company. I scheduled a quote for a client of mine who needed a new roof to get solar. the day the quote was supposed to take place no one arrived, after 2 hours i called in and they said the guy was running late and that they would call my customer right away to let them know when they would arrive. no one called my customer. another hour passes so i called back in to see why they didnt call or show up and no one answered my call so now im left with no roof quote and a unhappy customer. thanks alot j&j roofing.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Do not waste your time. I recently called to inquire about an estimate and she said they don't have availability until a month out. i proceeded with saying oh my well thank you so much but before I could finish SHE HUNG UP!!!

I CALLED TODAY, AND THE LADY WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS RUDE AND HUNG UP ON ME.

I called and left a message...never received a call back.
