5 stars isn't enough. Wayne and Coastal Roofing were awesome! From the moment Wayne showed up for the quote he was professional and courteous and most importantly on time. If Wayne said he would call or do something he did it. He sent pictures throughout the job keeping you aware of any issues and their progress. He even met with the adjuster from the insurance company and walked the roof with him making sure he accounted for all the storm damage and then handled all the paperwork. His quote beat others by almost 50% and he made the whole process painless. The roof looks great and my neighbors even commented on how meticulous they were with cleaning up all the old roofing materials. I can't recommend Wayne and Coastal Roofing enough.

When I first spoke to Coastal Roofing, they were very professional . Once the job was scheduled, he sub-contracted the work out to another company. This company pulled out our attic fan, which was agreed upon that we wanted to leave in, threw it off the roof and damaged it. When they put the broken attic fan back in, they didn't know how to wire it and could have burned our house down. The owner of Coastal roofing told us he would take care of it, but will not return our calls or complete the job since he has been paid. DO NOT USE this Contractor!

The initial appointment they didn't keep. Never called me about it. Had made another appointment and they kept. When they came out they said I needed a new roof call and make a claim w my insurance since it was damaged during Florence. Then Wayne said give him a call when the adjuster was coming. I called and told him when he said he would be at my house...never showed up again I called him left him a message. He called back an hour and :20 after he was to come to my house to say he had been at another house???

They stuck to their quote. No surprises. Delivered on time. Update: I recently needed a roofing repair on a rental property. A leak developed next to the chimney. Coastal Roofing found the issue and fixed it quickly! Price was great!
