I had my roof completely replaced in March 2017. I asked several contractors to submit estimates and there were a few that I considered. Not one of the other contractors did as thorough of a job assessing my roof as Dana Dean. With this type of project, you simply cannot over-value the importance of experience and know-how. Dana Dean Jr, had insights into what I needed done that no one else even came close to providing. Not only that, but the price was fair. Some bids were more, some were less - but the work that was done was excellent. What is even MORE important is that they stand by their work. After a storm where a branch fell on the roof, they came out and reinspected the roof and gave me a thumbs up. In addition, they resealed the top of the chimney and installed gutter protectors. They stood by that install as well. I was not super happy with the product that was initially installed. They found a product that worked better for my property and replaced them - no additional charge. Suffice it to say, I really appreciate this business and crew. I would never hesitate to personally recommend them!
