Mr. Wilson is personally handling a problem we are having with our pool liner. We are so appreciative for his personal involvement in helping us solve our issue! UPDATE: The liner installation crew (Trent) just left after putting in our new liner. We couldn't be happier with their friendly, professional service. Chapman Wilson installed a new liner in our in-ground pool. It was an exceptional experience. Charles was an excellent sales representative, Maddie and Erica in the office were super, Tony and crew did a thorough, professional installation job, Barry was helpful with a related pool issue, and David Wilson personally called to check on our needs and satisfaction. I received three bids for my room addition and 13 windows for the rest of the home. Chapman Wilson completed the construction on time, within budget, and exceeded my expectations. Chapman-Wilson was able to come in and make all the repairs that my home needed and make it look brand new again. It is now more energy efficient as well! Wayne, Lucky, Tom, Richard and Tank were wonderful to work with and took great care to ensure that all of my needs were being met while also being very respectful of my home; inside and out.
