Mr. O'Briant, the owner of Boxer Roofing, came to my house at agreed upon time and assessed the condition of my roof. He actually went up on the roof himself, took pictures and showed me the issues with my roof that 2 other roofing companies had not identified. There were serious issues with my roof and he was able to show me the pictures and describe the problems in terms I could understand and what needed to be done. The roof was over 20 years old and definitely needed replacing. We made another appointment for him to review with me face to face his proposal. His proposal explained in detail along with a portfolio what the process would be, the materials he would use and the cost of the materials. He is not a pushy sales person but an individual that knows his business and wants the best for his client. He was very professional, always on time for appointments and kept me informed on the status of the project. He completed the roof in one day and the clean up was exceptional. I would highly recommend this company. He takes great pride in his work and has the client's interest as priority.
