STAY AWAY! This company is shady and are up to no good! Do not use them! I asked for an estimate and they wouldn't provide one to me after I asked for 4 weeks. Then they tell me that it cost $250 but the owner says that they are free???... Shady company do not trust them at all. How they conduct their business is questionable on if it is in good faith of customers and insurance companies. DO NOT USE STAY AWAY

Liars, crooks and thieves. NC will run them out of this state. Imagine 30 days of excuses after the Allstate check cleared ? Endless baseball games to attend to for a son as a lame excuse. We will run this done to get them away from others here in North Carolina. Justice takes time. Do not use Titan!!!!

DO NOT USE THEM!!! They "replaced" my roof, and these are some of the reasons why I don't recommend them: 1. Poor quality of work - After the job was completed, I had an inspection done and there were MANY issues with the job many of which, according to the inspector, would cause me issues in the near future. 2. There is no supervision on the work - Josh, the "supervisor" only shows up to collect the check. Never did he go on the roof to check the work during or after the work was completed. 3. They will leave your roof and yard a mess - Trash was left on the roof, on the yard in the gutters and everywhere else. There were marks left on the siding that has never been repaired. I can keep going, but I need to find a real roofer to come fix the mess left by Titan Restoration. Bottom line, DON'T USE THEM!!!
