Sorry I have to give a star. The work was terrible after the work was done. Siding and trim was installed on my house. The coating on the trim is separating from the aluminum. The owner called me a liar when I reported the problem. They are not real licensed contractors. Anybody can do contract work as long as it not over 30000 without a license. They did not apply the correct trim product as contracted in order to profit by. My house when from being one of the best to the worst on the street. My only resort is to pay someone else to redo all the trim on the house. An extra expense for an no maintenance product. Buyers beware. Great people, bad owner. The fake big ad got me. I called everyone that was posted on the it.

spent good money for a lousy job with lousier customer relations....after they gyp you for bad work and material they hang up the phone when you complain..my roof looks like a patchwork quilt that is ready to be replaced instead of recently done They used product that when 1st done looked good then it began to age and fade into different shades of black and gray... terrible

Rated one star cause 0 star not available! Worst company I've ever encountered; spent almost $50,000.00 on new roof, siding, and windows....siding looks horrible, roof has waves in it and windows (which were bought with lifetime warranty) have all broken seals, are full of mold and need to be replaced---five years after bought. Had to pay for them to come out and lok at their shotty job, they would come out, look at all that was done wrong and say they'd return to fix it. NEVER RETURNED! Paid three times for them to come out, they never fixed anything! Hope they go out of business, they are thieves! Worthless employees and the owner is a big fat liar! Do not hire them, you will regret it!

FIRST OFF READ THE OTHER REVIEWS THIS SEEMS TO BE A REOCCURRING PROBLEM WITH THESE PEOPLE...This company is so disappointing. They came out and did an estimate to repair the siding on my house. When they arrived they insisted on 85$ just for the inspection and I quickly told them I will pay the 85$ tomorrow at their office because I did not have cash. He told me that they would be out at 0900 the next day to repair siding. at 1000 when no one showed up I called they said they will come out later and never showed again right before they closed I called again and they told me that they did not want my business and to find another company. The young man on the phone said they were to busy to follow threw with the job. Thank goodness I never paid the 85$ for the quote. They are unreliable and will MAKE PROMISES THEY CAN NOT KEEP! Added: I just read the owners response, complete lie. I have been in the army seven years and I have never deployed. I am a slick sleeve.... I have vinyl siding and I was seeking repairs of a section my dog ate and yes they do charge for quotes, I got an angry call from them because I refused to pay.. The owners constat lying contest to why he only has a embarrassing 2.2 star review, that's pathetic.

I had siding put on my house by home exterior in Fayetteville on Raeford Rd. I called today to see what they can do for me being that a part of the siding is coming off on the middle top of the house. I have a lifetime warranty but I was told I had to pay 85.00 and plus the Labor it cost to repair it. When I purchased the siding I was given a contract for 8,199.00. You would think that the Labor would be included in the price. What's the use of having the warranty? I would recommend if you are disable and or single not having someone to look at minor problems, get another company. Other than this I love my siding.
