We had a hail storm in Kannapolis last night and received an email from this company about the potential for roof damage. I replied to the email and received a call back very promptly. Ted was very helpful and sent over a report based on radar reports of what the storm was like in my area (I wasn't home at the time of the storm). They came out same day exactly when they said they would to do an inspection. Based on their visit, my roof was in good shape without damage so I don't need work now, but would definitely call this company back in the future for roofing repair or replacement. I felt they were very honest, professional and knowledgeable.
